Boat Captains are an essential part of our team. Our boat captains help kids learn fishing techniques and etiquette along with teaching them about proper fish handling, fish management and conservation.

Without the fleet of boat captains our team would not exist.

When asked enter "Boat Captain" for the position
You do not need to have a kid on the team to volunteer to be a captain, just have a passion for fishing and passing on your love of the sport to others. There is no restriction on type or size of boat required. Even if you cannot commit to being a captain every week we can always use more captains to ensure every kid can get valuable time on the water.

There are also opportunities to captain for competitive bass tournaments held through the SATT on lakes throughout the state.
